Insurance:

All cars are fully insured in accordance with the laws of the UAE. In case of accident or damage to the vehicle, you must recive police report, to claim insurance company . If an accident caused by the driver, Driver will need to pay access amount, which is variate for different car classes. The insurance policy covers personal injury or death of the driver and passengers. Insurance policy does not cover cases where the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the accident.

 

Driving License:

UAE residents need a driver's license valid in the UAE. Tourists on transit or visitor's visa required international driving license. (Для клиентов из стран СНГ достаточно домашних водительских прав.)

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION OF THE CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT:

Valid passport and driving license valid in the UAE (international Driving licence for non-residents. Для клиентов из стран СНГ достаточно домашних водительских прав.) Full payment by credit card or cash. Driver must be above 23 years.

 

Payment:

You can pay your rental in cash or by card.

From 1st January 2018, Value Added Tax (VAT) will come into effect.

Please noted our rate not included tax, from 1/01/18 we will charge additional 5%!

 

What rate includes:

The daily rate includes a certain day mileage:250-300 km per day. All kilometres over the limit are extra charged. Public liability insurance, property coverage, for theft of the car or damage to the car in case of a road accident which is no fault of the client, airport surcharge. The UAE road toll (Salik).

 

What not rate includes:

The daily rate does not include traffic penalties, parking fees, fuel, oil, and lubricants costs, car delivery to another emirate.

 

Warning:

It is not allowed to drive a rental car outside the UAE. Violation of this requirement and an attempt to cross the border will lead to imposing a penalty and the car being subject to eizure.

 

Security Deposit:

The customer is liable to deposit the below mentioned amount for as a security during the rental period. The security deposit amount must be paid on pick-up or delivery by Credit Card (in the form of Pre-Authorization). The full amount will be returned to the customer post the rental period provided the company is not liable to pay for any traffic fines or for any accident associated issues caused by the customer. The refund is based on the policy of the Credit Card Issuing Bank which is usually 21-30 days.
